- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?During the covid outbreak we continued to work cause us being mulch makers we arw essential works!? They paid us higher pay for the out break and all the employees came to work happy and never calling out. That rate of pay is what we deserve not this pay that their giving to McDonald's workers now
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Quit showing favorites and moving your buddies up and not the ones who been with company and worked for promotions. They hand higher paying jobs to their friends and family
