Quite good and positive from my own experiences, Im in a good store with a great team so its enjoyable. Theres opportunities to progress if you want to.

Screwfix is a great place to be able to belong, if you get the right team it can feel like a family. Like with any company though it does take a bit sometimes to find that right team. But, in all stores I have worked in so, I have felt part of the team and included in my work environment.
