Each one is typically about an hour but there may be multiple interviews.

What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Scripps Health?
One of those "describe a situation" type questions I suppose, I did not find any of them that difficult.
What questions do they ask during the interview process at Scripps Health?
Questions about technology when I applied as an analyst, questions about relationships and leadership when I applied for management.
What's the pay like for IT roles at Scripps Health?
Pay is pretty good, especially for a non profit health care system. I never had a complaint about how much I made.
What's the IT team like at Scripps Health?
Difficult. Too many competing priorities and not enough cooperation. The atmosphere is frequently very adversarial.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Scripps Health?
I met with the hiring manager and several members of the team for my initial analyst role. To be interviewed for the manager role I eventually took on I met with both the customers (Scripps Medical Foundation leaders) and had several interviews with various other IS leaders. Both decisions reached me within a week or so but I strongly believe that was because I was hired. While I worked there for several years I put in applications for other positions and never heard back at all.
What's the interview process like at Scripps Health?
It can be lengthy, but seems very fair. Interviews are non-pressured, although differing departments may have slightly differing styles. That said, the interview process is standardized to a point, so you're unlikely to find too many interviewers with rampant artistic license. Typically only one interview after HR clearance; uses Taleo, so it certainly isn't extremely intuitive, but patience usually is the best policy, despite a seeming lack of progress updates within the system from application to interview.
