They give us a lot of freedom to work in our own time. There is no micromanagement at all.

They are very capable and invested people. We have a good mix of cultures and ages that allows you to learn a lot about each other
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have all-hands every week and that improves transparency. We do not have a lot of meetings which is nice and allows you to focus on work. Leadership is very human and accessible. The best one is that there are no politics ( maybe because we are still small )
