It has been a challenging learning experience, but if we are not challenging ourselves, then we don't grow. I LOVE that I am challenged every single day. I know that I can easily get assistance when I need it. Everyone is so open and approachable, which can be especially tough for most remote work.

It has been a whirlwind of a roller coaster ride! I feel like I am challenged each week, and that's EXACTLY what I was looking for. It's been eye opening and exciting to watch our small company navigate relationships with mega corporations.

No one is judgemental. Everyone is free to be self-expressionate, and it's celebrated by others. It's a really cool environment.

When I'm able to solve a problem for a customer quicker than expected, and that usually happens with the help of my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are easily approachable! I feel comfortable and confident in being able to bring something to leadership's attention, and know they truly care and will not brush off my concerns. Leadership makes me feel welcome, valued and respected.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How creative and maneuverable everyone is. There are times where we have to shift gears on a project and move in a different direction. There is no delay, and people are quick to share troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues effectively.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people are all so great and it's obvious that everyone is here because they want to be. I think we all recognize the magic our platform has, and the potential it has. It's very exciting, and worth all the work we put in for it.
