
The non-salary components are great. Consistent bonus, great medical insurance, great 401k match and profit sharing.
Incentives and salary are also good. It is Just like any other Captive BPO.

The company pays 75% of our health/dental insurance premiums plus they have a matching contribution to the 401(k) plan.
If leadership cared about people or clients
They need to atleast pay as per market value.
I feel like with what call center associates go through and deal with, we should definitely be paid more.

I have found that within the company you are hired on to do one job but quickly find yourself wearing multiple hats but the extra roles you provide do not get compensated.
