Top notch integrity and solutions/results oriented. Quality people who are accountable, responsive, transparent and collaborate as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is actively trying to better engage associates on a company culture level. Much work is still needed though.
What do you like best about your company?
What I like best about SE2 is that we know the company culture needs to shift and become 1SE2 and are doing our best (slowly) to make associates feel included and part of the team.
