It is approached with an upbeat tempo where people are encouraged to talk among each other for collaboration and to break up the stress of the work day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have found that within the company you are hired on to do one job but quickly find yourself wearing multiple hats but the extra roles you provide do not get compensated.
