There is no incentive to stay here for longer than 5 years to get the full 5% match in the 401k. The same problems the company had when I first started, training being a major one, is still an issue.
Timings of the work can be improved.
I would like to see associate pay rates raised.
Pay for some positions is lower than industry standard. Some associates expected to put in 50+ hours without compensation.
