What is the best part about your compensation package?
The non-salary components are great. Consistent bonus, great medical insurance, great 401k match and profit sharing.
Incentives and salary are also good. It is Just like any other Captive BPO.
401K match is excellent for small company

The pace is very, very fast. Because of this, there are incredible opportunities to learn and the days go by very fast.
The work is done in collaboration and with the support of my teammates.

Pretty much basic questions were asked

When they brought me in, I interviewed with everyone in one day. I spent 3 hours there, but received an offer the next day.

What I like best about SE2 is that we know the company culture needs to shift and become 1SE2 and are doing our best (slowly) to make associates feel included and part of the team.
