What did you like most about the interview process?I was hired over the phone before seeing the store and knowing the negative past from previous ownership and previous on site managemt by Corporate once owners retired.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Taking care of our customers even though management advised us not to.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Distribution is horrible. Previous orders were stretched out months for delivery. Even when other items were ordered after the fact, thise orders came in a timely matter. Many disaplointed & frustrated customers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The company culture is based on sales metrics. Hiwever, when they hand off a store with a bad image in a small town. Sales are not the first item to conquer as is refacing customer satisfaction that makes customers for life.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The local Sears hired milennials who do not listen, do not respect the levels of supervisor authority which in turn failed to foster a positive environment. Whrn the issue was raised with the next kevel of supervisor the milennials retaliated.
