Real team work coming together to keep our customers happy
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Integrity,work ethic,accountability for their actions, engage on their mission for the restaurant, set the example and standard that they expect from team members.
Everything, attitude, work ethic, respect engage with guest and staff members need
Communication, understanding what it takes to operate rather than sitting behind a desk dictating what the actual hard-working employees are doing.

The team has its own culture. The company has its own culture. The team's culture is coming together to support each other in spite of the companies culture

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of managers that you wouldn't fight to keep if they told you they were moving on. Theyre a cancer and a toxin and making good people suffer.
