Most of the leadership team got their positions through favoritism and not their experience or their ability to perform in their role. There are so many people in the wrong roles.

Current leaders have no appetite for risk, no are they innovator types. Too much process for a company this size. Struggling and lacking the courage to act strategically as a public company. All decisions are reactive and tactical.

High base and good bonus

Pay well, good benefits from Dell, PTO policy is good.

Positive intent at team level.

Bring back social outings. Most offices are ghost towns.
