- What makes you most happy at work?We are changing the future of publishing and helping authors achieve their dreams. It's the most fun I have had in a long time at work!
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We have a culture of improvement. "Best is Standard" is one of our pillars. This is both a good and hard because it requires you to bring your best every day and when you "mail it in" it shows and it's not something you can hide. I think that is both good and challenging.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?They are honest, they give their best, and they care about you as a person in addition to your performance. They gave me special exceptions to vacations and time off I needed for my family that is invaluable.
