What is the best part about your compensation package?

PTO is great, we also get a lunch stipend which helps. Travel perks are also a huge plus.

They've made effort to be competitive (salary wise) in the US recently, which is appreciated

We get the equivalent of shares in the company, so if the company does well we are also individually rewarded for it!

The health insurance!! Medical, vision, dental, they offer it all! It's made a huge difference having access to the FSA card, with regard to paying for medical expenses during the year.

My manager is veery open to discussion around compensation particularly with the inflation
