Everyone is driven by the same business goal and is very collaborative with all the teams to work together on achieving the goal.
Nowhere else have I ever had a leadership team that truly cared for my wellbeing, and worked with me towards meeting my goals in ways that uplifted me. Rather than pressuring for stronger results, I'm spoken to with respect, and met with concern and offering of assistance. Warm and honest.
