What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accessible, smart, agile, humble, communicative
They value our opinion and are willing to make changes happen fast when needed.
They are very transparent, fun and motivating.

They are dedicated to move forward and make positive change, and they also value input from everybody.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is great, we also get a lunch stipend which helps. Travel perks are also a huge plus.
They've made effort to be competitive (salary wise) in the US recently, which is appreciated
We get the equivalent of shares in the company, so if the company does well we are also individually rewarded for it!
The health insurance!! Medical, vision, dental, they offer it all! It's made a huge difference having access to the FSA card, with regard to paying for medical expenses during the year.
My manager is veery open to discussion around compensation particularly with the inflation
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is multicultural and dynamic. There are a lot of great profiles and backgrounds and it reinforces our efforts towards more inclusivity.
They are collaborative and everyone wants to see the business succeed! They are very respectful and fun.
Very collaborative and great culture fits across the team. Everyone participates and gets involved but everyone also has their lives outside of work and that is respected
We get a long really well yet challenge each other as well. Everyone is supportive, and also just fun to be around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They embrace diversity in a way I've never seen before. They celebrate cultural differences and recognize employee contributions.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They were very communicative and always let me know the next steps. Followed up when they said they would.
It involves many people and different level of experience, so that the candidate gets a chance to meet potential colleagues at different levels.
The "create your own newsletter!" portion was very, very fun! I had a great time getting silly with it, and using as many of the features in the editor tool as I could. I learned the tool - and the interviewers saw what I could do with the tool. Effective and fun!

Doing fulfilling work in a supportive and growing environment.
Effecting positive change! Whether it's helping a client, helping a peer, or contributing to discussion of feature improvements, I just adore the opportunities I have each day to leave a positive lasting impact, no matter how small.
