Overall experience is I love my coworkers and I love what I do. however there does need to be some issues addressed with staff wages

Giving the residents the care they need and deserve
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positivity comes from the staff and managment on my shift. Other shifts not so much
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How accomodating and understanding they are to real life issues with staff. Always willing to go the extra mile
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have over 20 yrs experience in the field of Caregiving/Dementia residents. I was hired on .50 above minimum wage when asked for more said Corporate wouldnt allow it. New staff make $1 more than me with no experience!
