What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is great, always super helpful and willing to find answers to any issue I have.
They live the Sephora values, have clear open communication and just value you as an employee, always showing their gratitude and appreciation.
Our CEO and many of our executives are down to earth and passionate about our clients and our employees. They are transparent with us as an organization.
Humans first. Value and respect of hard work, supporting future endeavors. Keep it fun and fresh!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Tuition reimbursement and just hearing about Student Loan repayment 401K Match!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My department is being closed but with all of the job requirements added over the past year, I believe we should have received at least $2-$3 more.
Beyond just compensation, it feels as though we are keeping our employees hybrid to fill a quota. Would love for us to be open a hybrid approach as many teams now have remote employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so supportive and collaborative. If I need anything or have a question, I know someone would answer or help with what I need. Such an amazing group of people to work with, some of the best!
Great humans who genuinely care about the work they do and others. And they're fun.
Incredibly smart, innovative, and driven women. So inspiring to be amongst them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best thing about Sephora is the culture they have created over the years and the Diversity & Inclusion they have incorporated. I've worked for other retail companies in the past and no one has the culture like Sephora, which is why there is such great tenure here.
We have clear values that are regularly communicated, aligned with our company priorities and initiatives, and we actually WALK THE WALK.

What makes you most happy at work?
Bringing the expertise I have learned over the year and sharing it and/or developing others. Feeling like I am making an impact in someone else's role/career.
Opportunity to support store teams and marry my passions of DEI, tech & innovation, and retail! I love that there are soooo many safe spaces in ERGs and open innovation opportunities.
