In this company, if you arent a man you get looked over.

Yes. I feel as though I should be paid a competitive wage for the market and industry that I am in.

Insurance is is +$700 for a family of 4.

Then actually doing there job right

We have no benefits and the pay is very low. I feel they should raise the pay and offer some type of benefits.
