Whwn the day is finally over

I began as a water technician for a competetor company. After allot of hard work I am now a mitigation estimator. Restoration is my career choice and I want to move up as much as possible. Actually seeing myself move up in this industry through hard work has made me very happy. I love what I do.

Being with like-minded people, such as the ones on my team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much back-stabbing within the company. People only concerned about their own careers vs. the good of the company. Not enough expertise within departments. Hang on to poor performers too long

Management. Team work training better equipment

They need to be on top of their game

No communication. Needs monthly meetings and employees properly trained

I pick up the slack at work because I need this job, co workers just want party money and do not care about working
