Yes. I feel as though I should be paid a competitive wage for the market and industry that I am in.
The management needs to pay for their employees to become certified at every level, for every circumstance. Not lie and claim to be certified & qualified only falsely

They are just warm bodies. They have no experience and they do not care about working. We could work better together if they put forth an effort of trying. The company needs to listen to other employees complaints about coworkers

A new manager needs to be assigned and the current manager doesnt wvwe need to work for there ever again!!
