good but new company which bought servicemax, ie ptc, is much worse
Great place to be for sure.
Base salary and bonus plan
You should know someone in top level to get promotions in engineering / cloud / development teams . They will make you work and managers /directors / Senior directors take the credit . Some of the Senior directors ( Development and Cloud) does not even know how the servicemax products work.
