The people that work sampling for our neste client cannot do their job properly. It should not be that hard to sample the oil and send it out the same day for overnight shipping since this client expects 3 day turn around time. It needs to be fixed because the lab testing it has to suffer for it

They do not help literally one of them refused to help me out because she doesnt like our other coworker.. they can be so immature like we are adults why cant they act like it we all have to work with people we dont like at least act cillvilized to get the job done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am literally doing the workload of 2 maybe even 3 people. I have not had a saturday off in over a month I been doing working 6 days a week this is insane we are so understaffed too. Someone above me literally threw me under the bus so he looked good. I need a raise
