Not happy as we are not motivated to do the right thing. But we are told to do the thing that our manager things is the right thing. Bad management. We are discouraged, mistreated, underpaid.

It was professional and had a positive atmosphere.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to understand humans and get better at managing them and not seeing them as robots.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard but no one cares to incentivate or motivate them.So they feel pretty left out and demotivated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The corporate is keen on improving and developing ourselves but local branch wants us just to keep quiet and not get ahead. Bad management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager doesn't motivate me nor my colleagues. We haven't had any new training over 10 years. The possibility to develop and get promoted are zero. We need to get trained, motivated to be our best by incentive program and help us move up if we have the knowledge and will to do so.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At our local SGS we dont have any stock equity and we also havent gotten increase of our salary over 10 years and not even an adjustment on the inflation. I would be happy that every year based on everyone performance to be increased the salary and not getting paid the same as the lazy guys.
