What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are interested in making our location successful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Receiving clear direction without passive aggressive comments that are some ways other companies run their teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent about challenges and successes. That they will pick up a box or vacuum if needed
What did you like most about the interview process?
It got to point of what I could do and what job was without a bunch of covert questions designed to trick you. Just black and white. It was respectful of my time and theirs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are not dramatic nor finger pointers. If a mistake occurs just fix it and make system better to not repeat mistake. One guy is always about justifying himself and yapping, but mostly he stays to task.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better health care that isn't so expensive, more vacation time - I had to work 8 months before getting a direct hire position and then had to wait another 3 months to start accumulating vacation time. Too long, I am still tired. I have worked all pandamic and no compensation mos. paycut 20%.
