Review from Product Dept

The raises are small but they are on a timely schedule for review

We Have a annuity and a 401k, which will set me up good with retirement. I make abot 80,000 a year and have gotten a 2% raise every year I've worked there.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Its onvious to anyone whonlooks

Everyday it seeks there more added to my work load and I've yet to see a penny extra for it.

More compensation for long term employees

Inflation has went up 100%. McDonald's gave 100% raises. They have a couple bucks less us as CDL drivers. We are being given more, with no more pay. Even though Shaw has raised their prices 6 times, we are not seeing any of that

A review of the value I bring to the company would help in this area.

More pay. Less taxes. Better management

A bit more recognition? Maybe a small bonus? We are working ourselves in the ground just to line the management teams pocket with nice bonuses for all of their "hard work", which consists of barking orders and not fully understanding the hours we are putting in, in exchange for "okay" pay.

Salary is capped at 50th percentile of market. My experience is that the market surveys and therefore the percentile ranking are very inaccurate and loosely correlated .

Review from Operations Dept

Alignment beyond words & saying the corporate lines

Raises would be appreciated. Bonuses would be nice
