Appreciating the people who are keeping their lines operating by working over 60 hours a week. There is no recognition given to the people who work the hardest. The company is great, but the management team needs to show a little appreciation other than an occasional dinner that is less than subpar.

Everyday it seeks there more added to my work load and I've yet to see a penny extra for it.
More compensation for long term employees
Inflation has went up 100%. McDonald's gave 100% raises. They have a couple bucks less us as CDL drivers. We are being given more, with no more pay. Even though Shaw has raised their prices 6 times, we are not seeing any of that

I despise the term "company culture"
We need better management. Our current management has absolutely 0 regard for his employees. It hasent always been that way. But he will tell us to our face, he doesn't care.. company comes first.

There's a lot of people moving up that haven't been here very long because they are friends or relatives with the manager these people need to be put in check and trained for the correct amount of hours before their let out on a job themselves
