What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to get the job done. Managers are great to work with. Promotions are there, but you have to ask about them.
Teamwork, friendliness, good vibe. respect.
We are like a family - we help each other get stuff done at work, and many of us have developed personal friendships as well. The team comes together to help cover call-offs when people are sick or otherwise unable to make their shift.
The team is the base for the store and my team works really hard to make sure they meet the friendlness score with the customers
