What are some of the best things about your team?We are like a family - we help each other get stuff done at work, and many of us have developed personal friendships as well. The team comes together to help cover call-offs when people are sick or otherwise unable to make their shift.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Fire the manager and hire someone who is a real manager.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Employees are generally incredibly apathetic and take little care of the stores. If better compensated for their work I am certain employees would care much more for the quality of their stores.
