I like always having a positive, collaborative environment to work in, where my coworkers trust, recognize, and respect me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people I work with most closely are focused on the mission of reducing food waste and making a meaningful impact against climate change.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The benefits leave much to be wished for (Cigna for health insurance, only 2 weeks maternity leave, no 401k matching). Salaries for engineers are spread out considerably and it's not clear what salary bands are expected per level.
