What makes you most happy at work?The people I work with and the culture we've developed. I am not the same person I was 4 years ago and I owe it all to Shine Solar.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Whatever we do, we do it together. We win together, we lose together, and thats what allows us to have the best culture out there.
What are some of the best things about your team?The best thing about our team is that we are so much more than that. We push each other and do anything we can to help you reach your goals. We are a family.
Shine Solar’s highest priority is customer satisfaction. We accomplish this by providing our customers with a personal solar concierge to help answer any of their questions. We also offer an app to track their solar installation progress. We use a simple 4 step process so that you can enjoy your new solar system faster.
