I love my staff that are in store with me. They work hard and are lovely people all just trying to get by same as me but are all struggling.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management, team building, to know what being a team truly is.
Being fair, constructive, productive, and nice
Leading the crew in an understandable way.
Spend less time in magament meetings and more time engaging your employees

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Large amounts of vacation time, if you stick around
I like the bonus when the sales goal isnt to high

That is a hard one to choose between because there are several great benefits within the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
That it be worth the drive.
Doing too much for my pay rate.
Stop setting up employees for failure and demanding more and more for less.
The insurance is not very good, but it costs a lot.

We all get along and love our boss
We work together well and roll with the punches
They are all extremely helpful in so many ways
The are intelligent and hard working!
My team are like a family we are free to be ourselves and we all enjoy our job. I am a blessed store manager. I couldn't asked for a better staff.

Not my company, just my store. They are always accepting and friendly
It WAS the flexibility to my husband's schedule.

Was asked questions that showed a complete lack of awareness of what the job entailed
Orientation maybe? Actual training, there really wasn't any.

The store it's just shit
Stress of multitasking for multiple people by myself. No regard for the additional cleaning and health of workers and customers in addition to all the tasks, policies, procedures, forms, and customer service in this pandemic.
