Wasting money on micromanaging, statistics, constant poorly thought out marketing, fake sales, constant price changes, and patched together software and technology, etc, etc. They blow money, time, and resources on everything except wages and salaries for actual store staff.
Get a boss that will do her job & actually train people in instead of talking to other team members about the ones that having learning disabilities or brain injuries behind their backs. Actually train the employees step by step like a good manager does & when the employee quits to not lie.

The leadership team uses fear to motivate employees. They mislead employees and give different information to different employees. No 2 people are ever on the same page, but they insist there is no time to talk about it or figure it out.
