If leadership likes you they will be extremely nice. They throw birthday parties for employees they like.

My coworkers are awesome. Leadership encourages you to report anything you see and requests pictures of infractions. It is ridiculous.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team uses fear to motivate employees. They mislead employees and give different information to different employees. No 2 people are ever on the same page, but they insist there is no time to talk about it or figure it out.
