What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Change the managers at the watchung store customers do not like the woman they think shes mean employees don't like her she talks about them behind there backs and the people she dont like she plots to get fired
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They can do things to show they appreciate there workers little awards to show they appreciate the hard work saying thanks to the people who take time out of there day off to come in when the manager is short handed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management is bad I started with good managers but the were changed shortly after I was hired and the replacements are terrible they lie they talk about all the employees when there not working they cause drama and they dont appreciate there workers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The management does not appreciate the employees and the work they do. The staff is over worked. Sometime made to to others work because there u understaffed not paid enough for the work you do even if you come in with experience, pay raise slow to give and rare
