We mesh really well together. We are all serious about our work, but not afraid to have fun with each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel valued as an employee with the whole package. The salary matches what I've seen at other companies, and the PTO and health insurance is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel seen and heard by leadership at all levels, which is something I've never experienced at work before. It's very refreshing to have such a great work culture like this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how open and inclusive Shortcut is, while also being aware that there is still work to do. Everyone works together to address issues and be inclusive, which I haven't seen before in previous jobs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Lots of things! The biggest is probably the feeling that my work is contributing to the company success. I love logging into Shortcut to see what I'm working on next and seeing what I've already finished. It's very motivating!
