This is absolutely my favorite job I've ever had. I have so many opportunities for learning and growth, the environment is so positive, and I love the work I get to do. Also, working from home is fantastic, the job benefits are wonderful, and I feel like my coworkers care about me as a person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems to truly trust each other as an expert in their respective area/field.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't have kids yet, but plan to someday in the future. The 12 weeks of maternity/paternity leave is really great and so appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though work is fully remote, it really feels like everyone does their part to make this a thriving community. People really care about each other here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate their openness and communication with everyone in the company. I can tell they are committed to making Shortcut a positive place to work, and really invested in delivering a quality product to our customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like my mental health and happiness is valued here. I have supervisors who are really supportive of what I do and how I feel about my work, and it really makes me want to do my best.
