I think this is a good place to work. There are some parts of the business that have better leaders and a better culture. I really like my team and my leadership but there are other leaders I would not work for so I don't think everyone has the same experience. Luckily mine has been great.

My salary is very fair and the unlimited vacation is great.

transparency- it feels like they are very open with what is going on with the business
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to try new things and keep iterating. We have a very capable team and I am impressed with what we get done and how much we respect people in the process.
