What makes you most happy at work?
On the technical side, our stack is modern and utilizes a lot of best practices that make it nice to not only work but stay aligned with current technology trends
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall, I'd rate our comp package as pretty solid. 4/5. Great pay and all the other standard benefits. I'd say our health insurance is like 80% covered (tough because of various plans/options/dependents -- but noticeable from others that do 100%) and only downside would be lack of 401K match
