What makes you most happy at work?The customers we serve. Our mission is to provide the most amazing care anywhere to our children in need. Sick and hurt children leave here happy and healed. I love to see our kids smile and actually enjoy coming to the doctor because they know they're going to be treated kindly and compassionately.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone supports one another and makes sure to communicate with sincerity and kindness.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The relationship between leadership and employees is based on trust. There are monthly check-ins, but there is no micro-managing. The leadership team is always available to help find solutions to problems or answer any questions.
