Dint like working as a part of the company with no support after joining. No guidance provided, no help provided, with giving out wrong requirements they expect a correct output and once the output is not given then fire the hired blaming us that the work has not been done!

No work ethics, giving wrong requirements and expecting to get a correct output does not have any value. Need a minimum knowledge on the application when someone joins the company.
