Have managers actually in the shop, physically day to day, week to week, to start. Before that, ensure they have the appropriate skills to lead and train to Signet Standards.
Care about those below you. Our current manager(who’s actually the district manager) just started PTO and his boss is on vacation as well. AND WE DONT HAVE AN ACTUAL MANAGE
