The people who interviewed me took time to listen to me. They were positive, friendly and professional.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about our team is the majority of people are friendly, knowledgeable and do not mind helping each other to close a sale.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel more valued if the store hours were not cut for the majority of the year and now during the last two months of the year they have so many hours to give. They can afford to hire support staff while my hours were cut all year long.
