My team aside from manager are all very helpful very understanding people. My manager makes you feel dumb for asking any questions so the team is really nice to look to for support I know they will help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think signet should better train their store managers, I can’t ask my manager any questions at work because she makes up rules and they change day by day so I never know how I’m supposed to act or the work procedures for that
