Signet doesn’t seem like a bad company, my manager is just clueless and makes up rules as the days go by, some rules only apply to certain people, and you’re made to feel dumb for asking any questions, she will complain about being interrupted and constantly complains to the team about her dut
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission is very very low, bonuses are nice but a higher base commission would be more motivating.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think the district managers should be checking in a lot more I’ve never seen them come in and my boss just gets away with whatever they wan
