Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay as little as possble and set the commission scale so high it is impossible to make anything. It was not this way before Signet bought us out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like family. They're fun, dedicated, work hard and care about their coworkers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are not honest and fair in commission sales. There is a lot of sales stealing. the tone is set by the store managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Have some good employees. But most of the time they are hired by managers and are friends with them.
Everyone is so upbeat. They come into work with a positive, we can do this attitude.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
being fair to all employees
What did you like most about the interview process?
Years ago when I was hired, we had a regional manager that was fantastic. He knew how to hire people. He earned your respect.

Dread the back stabbing and never knowing if your customer came back and you didn't get credit for the sale
