David Amy — Vice Chairman at Sinclair Broadcast Group

Mr. David B. Amy serves as the Chairman of the Board of Management of Alarm Funding Associates, LLC. Mr. Amy serves as the Treasurer and Secretary at Sinclair Television Group, Inc. Mr. Amy serves as a Secretary of Fisher Communications, Inc. He serves as the Principal Accounting Officer, Secretary and Executive Vice President of KDSM Inc. He serves as a Member of the Board of Management of Triangle Sign & Service, LLC. Mr. Amy has been Principal Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Sinclair Capital of KDSM Inc. since March 2001 and September 1999 respectively and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer and Administrative Trustee. He serves as Secretary of SCI. He serves as Secretary of Sinclair Communications Inc., the Sinclair subsidiary that owns and operates the broadcasting operations. He is an Advisor to Allegiance Capital L.P. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. since April 01, 2014 until January 01, 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President since September 1999 until January 01, 2017. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc from March 2001 to April 2, 2014. He has over 20 years of broadcasting experience and has been involved in the merger and acquisition activity of Sinclair Broadcast, including, the acquisition of over $2 billion in television and radio properties. Mr. Amy served as Secretary and Treasurer of Acrodyne Communications Inc. and Acrodyne Industries Inc. since January 1999. Mr. Amy served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. from September 1998 to September 1999. Mr. Amy served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sinclair from October 1994 until September 1999 when he was elected as the Executive Vice President of Sinclair Broadcast Group. From 1986 to October 1994, Mr. Amy served as Sinclair's Corporate Controller. Mr. Amy originally joined Sinclair in 1986 as a Business Manager for WPTT in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He serves as Chairman of Maryland Science Center. He has been Vice Chairman of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. since January 01, 2017, where he responsible for Human Resources, Corporate Marketing and Networks Group. He has been a Director of Sinclair Television Group, Inc., and Fisher Communications, Inc., since August 8, 2013. He serves as a Director of Cockeysville, Maryland, VisionAIR and Wilmington. Mr. Amy serves as a Director of G1440 Holdings, Inc., and KDSM Inc. He served as a Director of Jadoo Power Systems, Inc.
