It's clearly a very bad tech stack so sales people should get paid way more.
Sinking ship that cannot become the great company it once was.
Pay is dramatically lower than market and the territories are a joke. The favored few are given the prime territories and everyone else is left with scraps. Not a single person is making quota in 2021 in the US. Org has not even hit 50% of quota in years, they lie and say people are making quota
High base to compensate for not making commissions. Company failed at an outbound sales model. Realized it 2 years too late.

No reward for growth. There is some encouragement to grow your professional skill set. But once you do, the company doesn't really care how good you are at your job. If you're an A+ start or are barely scraping along, if you're on the same team, you're probably getting the same salary.
