Overall, the best company I've worked for after 20+ years in my field. Amir Orad is a great leader. He's not the CEO that you only hear from via rubber stamped company-wide email, but is very genuine, transparent and engaged. It's a rare thing. And our HR team "people team" is 2nd to none.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has a lot of respect for the diverse skillsets of individuals within teams, and they truly care about people. They're not the stereotypical "dry" corporate types.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation is that Sisense seems to do a thorough job of researching what other comparable companies are offering in different regions to stay competitive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is made to feel welcome, and Sisense truly cares about the employees. They recognize that people have a life outside of work, and does a great job of encouraging taking that personal time to recharge.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I got to talk to some members of the actual team that I'd be working with directly. It's always good to get a better feel for the individuals you'll work with before taking on a new job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I absolutely LOVE that Sisense is a company that supports employees working remotely! That's a huge perk. I feel that it takes a great deal of mutual trust and respect between a company and employees, and I don't take it for granted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a great deal of respect and openness to opinions. I feel that whenever a challenge is in front of us, we are optimistic in finding solutions vs. dwelling on the challenges. I also love that I can have such a feeling of team accomplishment with a team that is half-way around the world
